I have taken a number of vehicles to The Shop and have always find the work good and cost reasonable unfortunately, this past visit was upsetting and disappointing. Dropped vehicle off as it was overheating and leaking coolant. I was fairly certain the issue was with heater core and not needing a heater here just needed it to be bypassed. The stall agreed that was the issue and intact bypassed the heater core, a 30 min job. Was charged $250 for labor so with tax, a total of $278.75 for an "hour" of labor. The sad part being thisbis the first time they've sent me a review option. Sad because my other experiences with The Shop have been 5 stars Very very disappointing as this place was a much needed option for the island.

had an emergency repair needed, they got me in very next morning, in and out in 30 mins. fantastic!
